1. How can I find out the price of my new original ink and toner cartridge?

o find out how to sell your printer cartridges you should send an email to info@cartridgetradingeurope.es or fill in our sales form, the information required is the units, condition of the box and whether it is expired or not if it is an InkJet cartridge (liquid ink).

However, it is recommended that if you have any doubts you send a photo of the product, this will avoid confusion after the initial assessment.

2. How do I pay for the original ink and toner cartridges?

We adapt to the needs of each customer, by bank transfer, cash on delivery or cash on delivery if you pick them up in our area. 50% is paid in advance and the rest upon receipt and review of the material in our warehouse, between 2-3 days or a maximum of one week, depending on the volume of purchase. For other methods, please consult us.

3. Who pays for the shipping or collection of the cartridges?

Cartridge Trading Europe, always assumes the shipping costs, the customer will be responsible for the transport of those products that are rejected by our warehouse and want to recover them.

4. Can I sell expired ink cartridges?

Yes, you can sell expired original toner cartridges as long as the expiry date is not more than 4 years from the current date, especially for HP, EPSON and BROTHER brands. The expiry date is usually written on the back of the box or packaging.

5. Is there a minimum quantity for the sale of original ink and toner cartridges?

No, although it will depend on the value of the cartridge and whether it is worth the collection, in these cases it is necessary to make an assessment of both the model and the place of collection.

6. Can I sell original cartridges with open boxes but not used?

Yes, as long as the cartridges are sealed in their original bag and do not present any damage. In case of doubt, we recommend a previous photo to verify the condition.

7. Can I buy original cartridges for my company?
